Kamui-It is set in a post-apocalyptic Japan somewhat like Code Geass, but I believe that Kamui far outranks CG. The characters are very well developed, and the plot is upbeat and interesting.
Soul Rescue-It only has one volume out, but I really kind of liked it =).
Thats about it, but I reaaallllllly STRONGLY recommend that you read Kamui.
I don’t see Neon Genesis Evangelion on your list… it’s a classic and a very interesting tale.
